HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PLANNING WEDDINGS AND EVENTS AND HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN THIS PROFESSION? I have been in this profession for several years. I have always had a passion for doing weddings. For 6 years, I was in the skin care and glamour industry; teaching skin care and applying makeup for brides and their wedding party.
In 2007 I completed a wedding consultant course with the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants; which I am also a member.
In addition to coordinating weddings, I have also coordinated, baby showers, bridal luncheons, birthday parties, book signings and other events.
WHAT CAN B'DAZZLE AFFAIRS DO FOR ME? My job is to keep you calm and help you enjoy the planning process. I will be at your side from the beginning to the end. VENDORS: I do the legwork-negotiate, set appointments, make phone calls, and send coorespondence. I will seek out the most reputable vendors that will match your style, vision & budget. BUDGET: Do you know what percenage of your budget you should spend on your cake, flowers, gown, reception, etc? I do! I will keep a record of every dime spent. I can also suggest money saving tips to keep you on budget. PAYMENTS: I will keep track of all amounts that have been billed and paid; & I will tell you when a payment is due. GUEST LIST PROBLEMS: Can't decide who to invite or who not to invite. I can suggest several options to help with this situation. I also can assist with RSVP's & seating arrangements. ORGANIZE & PLANNING: B'Dazzle Affairs will organized and create a detailed timeline, a vendors tracking form & a production schedule to make sure all activities are running smoothly.
DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER VENDORS BESIDE YOUR PREFERRED VENDORS? Yes I do. It is very important that we (vendors) work as a team with one goal in mind...to created a magical, wonderful day for you, your fiance, family, and friends.
WE LOVE YOUR PACKAGES, BUT THEY SEEM SO EXPENSIVE. HOW CAN I AFFORD YOUR SERVICES? It takes about 400 hours to plan a beautiful wedding. Work, school, and family responsibilities leaves today's couple little time to coordinate the details necessary to plan a successful wedding.
Although my packages may seem expensive, they can be customized to fit your budget. Because of my resources in the industry, I can get you the best deals that will save you money, and you'll be relaxed knowing that every detail will be handled.
WILL I LOSE CONTROL OF MY WEDDING IF B'DAZZLE AFFAIRS PLANS IT? No. Your wedding day will be designed and customized to fit your personality, lifestyle and needs; and I will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly.
WHO DO YOU WORK BEST WITH? I work best with someone who sees the benefits of hiring a wedding planner. It is important that you really want my help in order for me to assist you in whatever you need. We should have the same goal in mind for your wedding day. If you are not focus, skeptical or have no positive vision, then maybe at this time my services are not for you.
Please be advised that if this is you...it's ok. Take your time and think about what you really envision for your wedding. I will not be able to help you until you truly believe that your dream wedding is possible.
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS OR TAKE CREDIT CARDS? Yes. I gladly accept credit cards. All my services can be set up with a monthly payment plan. Also you will be notified by email or with an invoice when your next payment is due. B'Dazzle Affairs does not accept commissions or referrals fees from vendors.
DO YOU TAKE MORE THAN ONE WEDDING A DAY? Absolutely not! Once the contract has been signed, and a down payment received, no other event will be scheduled for that date. Your wedding day is the most important day in your life. My focus will be strictly on your wedding.
